Hi. I need to know what object is this

because I want to be able to make another building like this:

I know it's possible because I've seen it in another server, like here:

When I try to put the target over it, it doesn't highlight it and give me it's name.

You can just go into the editor item list, and scroll threw the items until you find it.

That building doesn't have collision within GTASA. You'd need to edit it yourself.
