Looking to hire a scripter.

I'm looking to start up a community but the only thing I am lacking is a scripter. The type of server I am looking to start is a role playing server. I know communities such as Owl Gaming already exist, but in terms of administrators I have different ideas that I'd wish to implement, and different ideas about my team. It would be ideal if we could just get a scripter, but I've exhausted all of my ideas on who could script or who would even want to script. If we were able to get a scripter, I'd offer to cut said scripter in on a percentage of the donations we would receive as a community. Many scripters receive donations who have their own servers. Nice try.

I was originally working on a roleplaying gamemode, but halted progress on it due to interest in another project I am now currently focusing on.

So I have some interfaces made I might share on those forums soon, they need a little bit of fixing but they're usable. They're basically prototypes, but fully animated and made via DirectX functions. If it is of any help, you're free to use them and edit them as you please

@Dealman - Thank you for the response man, I really appreciate it, I'll definitely check it out. I'm going to start teaching myself how to script but I don't really have a clue where to start.

For anybody else who is browsing this thread, the deal still stands. I really want to create a community where people will stay, and where people can trust their administrators.

So many times I have been to communities in my years of role play where the systems people are scripting in are amazing, but their ideas behind these systems, and behind the way that they want to run their server is too complex.

Or there is servers where the script is kept simple stupid (which is what I prefer) yet the administrators are biased and they are corrupt. For those people that believe I am "trying" something, you mistake intention. I'm looking to build something here, and if there is a scripter out there that wants to be apart of reviving the role playing community then please show yourself. We can build something awesome, and I want you, whoever you are, to be apart of that.

I'm coming here with a promise of fairness within my administration, not with an elite standard. I'm coming here in hopes of building something here where the idea of 'fun' hasn't died out. If anybody is interested in such a concept, do not hesitate to contact me. I will not stand idle and watch the MTA role playing community flame burn out. Help me in this.
