QoS setup for a specific game or PC

I have a 2MB internet , and i share it with my brother , i have a problem , when my brother start watching youtube or loads a page while iam playing , my ping shoots from 90 to 500 , so i guess the best way to fix it is by setting up QoS for the games i play or my PC i game on.

So basically i want to prioritize a specific game but i tried to do it myself , but my router wants me to fill too many boxes that i dont know what hey mean

My router is ZTE : ZXHN H108N , and here's a picture of the QoS setup its really complicated :

Update ; I tried to set it up , but it didnt work (Iam currently using wireless connection) , but it didnt work ...
