Your audio driver is 1.5 years out of date, and your Ethernet driver probably is too. Just update them.

Do FPS issues occur in all servers? How about map editor? Single-player GTA:SA? What is the purpose of your d3d9.dll?

I'm not even using the Ethernet driver.

Yes, my FPS are on all servers that low.

Map editor works nearly without any laggs.

Single-player works fine, more than 70 fps , constant.

That d3d9.dll was a ENB Series.

\models\effectsPC.txd

\models\effects.fxp

Try using the GTA default ones

I guess its because of the objects. (which hasn't been tested there).

Even on my old Laptop i had 50 FPS ( Intel Pentium T4400 @ 2,40 GHz , NVIDIA GeForce G230M , 4000 MB RAM )
