0 Towncivilian
Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again. Post any Pastebin URL MTADiag gives you. Link to comment
0 Infra
It just tells me that some files are missing. (Files i removed to fix radio lags.) # Edit http://pastebin.mtasa.com/234995766 Link to comment

0 Towncivilian
Please install the following: Graphics driver Audio driver Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted) Provide another MTADiag log after installing. Link to comment
0 Infra
I didn't install the Audio driver and the Ethernet driver because it's useless. http://pastebin.mtasa.com/927566409 Link to comment
0 Towncivilian
Your audio driver is 1.5 years out of date, and your Ethernet driver probably is too. Just update them. Do FPS issues occur in all servers? How about map editor? Single-player GTA:SA? What is the purpose of your d3d9.dll? Link to comment
0 Infra
I'm not even using the Ethernet driver. Yes, my FPS are on all servers that low. Map editor works nearly without any laggs. Single-player works fine, more than 70 fps , constant. That d3d9.dll was a ENB Series. Link to comment
0 Towncivilian
I see, here's the latest wireless driver then. Can you temporarily move D3D9.dll out of the GTA:SA directory and see if FPS improves? Link to comment
0 Infra
I already removed it , it is a bit better now but i still got moments when i'm playing with 30 fps. Link to comment
