Help Cant Start Server

hi all

i just wanted to put my server online

but when i start my server its says this

[2014-02-21 08:36:15] ERROR: Could not bind the server on interface '' and port '22003'!

[2014-02-21 08:36:15] Server stopped!

[2014-02-21 08:36:16] Stopping resources...

[2014-02-21 08:36:16] Closing SQLite3 database

who can help me out of this?

Try to change server port

i guess you have 2 servers work with same port
