Missing Anti-Cheat Components

Hey guys, so I tried to download this mod for this server I play on (its allowed) and I'm not sure if I did something wrong but when I screwed up, I havent been able to play on ANY server. I would join one and then when it would download the files for it, an error would pop up: "You were kicked from the game (SD #26) This server has detected missing anti-cheating components. Try restarting MTA". I've restarted and reinstalled MTA plenty of times and it still doesnt work. Please help me with this issue. I miss playing on SAES.

P.S. Im using Windows 8.1 and MTA 1.3.4

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again.

I fixed the issue by doing disk-error check. But now I'm stuck. When I go into the server, all my Bullets are modded to a different car and I don't know how to restore it to the original. Can you help me please?
