Like any of those engines, it's likely to be far from cheap, it's not worth the money, neither does any MTA developer can afford or want to spend that amount of money on this. The short answer is: no, that isn't going to happen. This is a multiplayer mod after all, not a Put-Everything-You-See-That-Could-Look-Cool-On-GTASA mod. Edited February 15, 2014 by Guest
