Cannot find 800x600x32 video mode

I am getting this error when I try to run MTA or GTA:SA "Cannot find 800x600x32 video mode".

I tried to to this but it doesnt worked for me.

Dont tell me that desktop pc isnt good enough because I bought that pc a week ago. I have connected my pc to a Full HD tv with HDMI cable.

It has just passed one week til I bought my new pc but I cant run GTA:SA or MTA atm.
