i joined to my server today i have big problem cant type anything in admin panel

i restarted server 3 times but nothing

I think he meant press 'F8' and then type: "upgrade admin" (First login to your account where you are Admin on)

How do u mean "I can't type in the Admin Panel" anyway? Does it not open?
