Can you help me fix my Server issues.

Hey i recently managed to create a server without any crash and it works fine. (its an dayz server)

But i have some problem i have no idea in how to fix. Maby you know, if you do please help me.

1. Login

People who join my server cannot sign up. I have to go into the server console and add account. For them to join.

2. Cars

I cant drive cars, i can only sit inside them but i cant control the car/bike.

If you know how to fix this please say how.

1: ask someone to register.. does the console give any output like "access denied @ addaccount", or something in that direction?
