asd123
I’m going to talk about a serious problem we mappers are facing. A lot of people use a laptop while they map, that causes people not being able to scroll when they want to place a Nitro, fix, vehicle change etc. So I’m here to tell you if it’s possible, could you have the ability to use a key or a command to switch to show the other icons. ixjf
What touchpad doesn't allow scrolling? Regardless, you can change the key yourself to meet your needs if you really need to. Link to comment
qaisjp
ixjf, touchpad scrolling is very very inconvenient. The only touchpads I've seen with good scrolling capabilities are (dare I say it) the ones on Macbooks. ProGear, I think there is already a way to do this (without touching code), I'll get back to you. Edited January 14, 2014 by Guest Link to comment
qaisjp
Okay so I took a look at the bind list and (when you're in map editor). Open up the MTA settings window -> Binds and scroll down to the header named "editor_main" You will find two entries- one called "EDF Next resource" and "EDF Prev resource". Just change those binds... I changed it those to the numbers 1 and 2 and they work perfectly fine Edited January 14, 2014 by Guest Link to comment
Noki
Or, you can change your mouse sensitivity (in the driver control panel, not MTA) and try to scroll. Make sure palm scrolling is off, too. Link to comment
