i want to play it on a lan but ever when i logged into gta3 he sayd mta w missing.

I suggest you wait for the new gta3:mta .4 which should be out in the upcoming weeks.

The GTA3:MTA out right now isn't well-liked or popular. Its also pretty buggy.
