I have problems on CentOS & Debian

Centos 5 :

[root@ded mtasa]# ./mta-server

/lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.6' not found (required by ./core.so)

Debian 6:

MTA:BLUE Server for MTA:SA

[21:10:34] Server stopped!

Press Q to shut down the server!

[21:10:34] ERROR: Error parsing config file

help please.

The debian one looks like your mtaserver.conf contains errors. Maybe try that with a new clean conf file?

Centos has a wrong (or no) libc6. I know that RHEL/Centos is a pita to get to work, can't remember what the solution was.
