Problem joining a server

The server is roleplay. I played that game for about 2 weeks and it works perfectly fine. and 2 days ago, when I tried join that game, it says "Connection timed out. I've tried deleting gta_sa.set but it's still not working. if you want to see the picture, here it is

actually, I'm glad that someone replied. The server is not shut down, I asked my friend that he can play the game

I have examined the MTA connection manager and CC23 is just a general code for "Connection timed out" like it shows in the picture. It basically means that the server connection could not be established for 8 seconds.

Make sure you have the right IP address and the correct port number when you connect. Mind telling me which server is this so I can try it out as well?

I asked my friend they didn't change the IP, it's just the same. If you would like to try it, the IP is 175.103.49.85:22003. It's Indonesian roleplay
