help ! problems at the first start

whenever I'm starting gtavc mta client --> start game, I'm crashing to the desktop. Is that because I'm using a crack because of the game speed.

Ehmmm cracks are consider warez talks here so I can't really discuss that, but no I don't think thats why.

Give some systems specs, OS?

if ur computers old it will say nothing and just go to desktop, if its good it would at least have the memory to say something like " please reinstall vicecity as you have mofiefied your game". If you havnt changed your game then and you havnt yet figured out the problem, then HAHA!

it is probably a memory thing u need to buy some more memory for your computer ( u must have bad memory coz u dont need much memory to run vice city) btw how much memory do u have?

I would have thought that a desktop crash was due to the graphics card / drivers. That's what I used to get with Battlefield 1942. It stopped after I upgraded my drivers.
