I first found out about this when R* tweeted about it. In the plus side they said something along the lines of "Newly remastered graphics including dynamic and detailed shadows, greater draw distance, an enriched color palette, plus enhanced character and car models make this the best-looking version of San Andreas yet". This makes it sound pretty Impressive.
