[Map Editor]Pick up respawn time.

Hi, so im having a little problem with the map editor here. Basicly what i want to do is to set 7 seconds time interval for a repair pickup, e.g. the repair pick up respawns each 7 seconds, but here's the problem: for some reason i can't do that, i mean i set that 7 secs interval in respawns settings for that pick up, press "ok", then start testing my map and it turns out that the pick up instantly respawns, just like if i would put "0" instead of "7" in respawn settings. I tried to deleting and then creating that pick up again, tried even updating the map editor itself, but nothing seem to fix that issue. and yes, this problem persists on any map, not just some specific one.

any tips on how to fix that, please?
