show rows without Gridlist

as the title says is it possible to create a invisible gridlist and visible rows in it or is it possible to create just rows ??

also can you give me useful funcs to make a girdlist full of criminals / their wanted levels / their position ...

You can create just rows of text, it is called a label.

What do you mean by useful funtions? Create the gridlist, add columns, add rows, set the texts.
