Not adding, but for example chaning the leather jacket into an HD one

If the clothe was an object, then yes you could change its skin, but you can try as a image, as I saw someone doing the same thing with a paintjob of a car

Tested it. It has textures, but not directly, they overlap into cj textures. So if you want to change textures of models, need to be done via txd and dff
