[HELP] Other players cannot connect in my mta DayZ server!

Hello all,

I have a problem in my MTA DayZ server. When I try to enter my server it will work, but, when I ask my friend to enter my server he said that it always says "Connection Timeout".

I've also forwarded all the port and then I type in MTA Server.exe openports and it didn't work, I don't know why . I've also follow the step by step tutorial in youtube but, it didn't work, too.

Can someone please help me?

Thanks, but, I don't know what I will put inside the Description of Service. I also fill all the box there and one problem is the Description of Service.
