MTA skin query

So hello, the uncomplied version of MTA dayz has recently come into my possession, so i can add backpacks, vechiles Ect, i've added gender selection along with female skins, so like when a player registers, he or she pick's ''male'' or ''female''. males spawn with the male skins and female obviously spawn with female skins.

I've had trouble with the female skin mods, i've placed the correct .dff and .txd files in the mod folder and they just don't work when i'm running test servers, i think this is the code but i have no idea how to edit it so that its fixed.

All the male skins and item textures load, i have them all sorted, it's just the female skin models, i've loaded them all up, named the .txd and .dff correctley, i can't figure out the problem.

I've added the new skins to the meta file along with the new backpacks, and they skins along with the backpack models refuse to work
