Searching a scripter, for money

Hello all, I am searching a scripter, who can make a BIG gamemode, and some resources, but, of course, I will pay for it, but i don't know who is good at scripting, so please tell me if you can, or tell me the name of who can, thanks

He can do it without a dout.. but his website says this: "NOTE: I DON'T ACCEPT COMPLETE SERVER/GAME MODE REQUESTS." so he will not do it.

If I did payed scripting,(which I am doing not)

I would ask 10 euro a hour, it is just normal here....
