Team manager and pointsystem

Hi, i have MTA server and i want to run this script: https://community.multitheftauto.com/index.php?p=resources&s=details&id=7101 , ingame when i press F3 and want to create new or delete default clans it don't work, i press Delete and then Save but when i press F3 again, are there default clans....

Next problem is with pointsystem:https://community.multitheftauto.com/index.php?p=resources&s=details&id=819 ,

after 1 round of race map when you win, in chat appears : "Name" get 50 points and 200$ for first place. But when i use command !cash , i have 0$....
