Question bout mods

I wanna add a mod... It adds some new cars, stunt parks, etc, etc... But, what I wanna know is if I install it, is there ANY way to get back to my original VC without reinstalling the game?

yes , you can backup the copyof vc to mod it with out affecting mta .

all you have to do is . Right click on the folder were the vc that is beeing used to play mta is and then select "copy" .

Next on the "rockstar games" folder . right click anyware (on blank space on folder) and select "paste" it will take a couple of minutes to copy the file . but when its done it will appear a "copy of Grand Theft Auto Vice City" folder , then all you have to do is rename if you want . and mod .

And remmember . DO NOT use mta with the modded one , or it wont work .

Also , you can do more than just 1 copy . I for instance have 7 vicecity's installed . One is for MTA , other is for the ucfmod . One is for tricked-out cars and so on ... i know it costs alot of gb . but its worth having everything organized .

Thanks for quick reply... Mod just finished downloading (took about 12 mins @ 200 KBPS! It was about 144 MB)

I will make a copy and try it out
