[HELP] Addons

If it's possible, if someone can maybe help me script this or not but its addons to a character like this:

As you can see in the spoiler the picture shows a normal Female skin with the swat vest on it, is it possible to script that, if so please PM me or add me on skype: illestiraqi

anyways, am thinking its pretty hard and no one would help me but I try to learn LUA scripting but its 80% hard since I have to go through high school still and wont be able to remember etc, also collage or university so I thought maybe this is easier, someone help me make this kind of script: When player presses the item (I'll show them what I mean if they decide to help me ) there player model will change to a custom .txd and .dff of a normal model but without replacing an actual skin if thats possible since I think anything on MTA to be scripted is possible.
