MTA minimizes itself by itself

im playing some map in race gamemode or anywhere but right now im playing race and suddenly mta minimizes for no reason.

it keeps making me fail in race or angry so is it mta bug or i need to post mtadiag?

most of modified files u can see in there are because i installed new great effects for gta sa and i wanted to remove it so i downloaded original files from internet and effects.fxp is modded by me to remove smoke because it laggs for me

i'm not sure i didn't download anything like that i have only malwarebytes anti malware and avast and advanced system care(which is very rarely being used)

and i saw few times when i was not playing mta that some icon would be in there just for 1 second it looked like gray settings thing i don't know what that proccess is but i will take a look on it

edit: well when i opened file location it brought me to here

C:\Windows\System32

it's made on 14.7.2009

and many other files in there as well.

it's probably something of microsoft but i don't know that exactly and why does it do that thing for just 1 second

edit 2 : in description it says interactive services detection

do you maybe know what that is?

OK, that file is fine, just never recall seeing it before. I don't see anything else suspicious in the task list.

Have you tried the latest nightly? I know MTADiag installs it, but sometimes it installs an older version by mistake (an annoying bug I have to fix).

when i tried installing it,it couldnt extract or something some files in MTA folder

this is how it looked like

and i don't remember more

Are you running the installer as an Administrator?

i runned it now with admin rights and it worked(in installation)

but why does this microsoft detect thing keep doing something for 1 milisecond which minimizes my mta?and it just does it on mta

I didn't say it was this UI0Detect.exe causing your issue, sorry if I was unclear. I will ask a developer to see if he has any ideas about your issue.
