Guest Posted February 20, 2004 Posted February 20, 2004 i did everthing in the conf. file, but nothing is working, did the server ip and the admin ip has to be the same or what? i need help!
Garuzzo Posted February 20, 2004 Posted February 20, 2004 Make sure that the ip you put in the admin panel is the same as the server's ip, but make sure that you have typed in the correct port number. If your server's port and the admin panel port are set to the same port in the serverconfig then i don't think it'll work. So more simply...set the adminpanel port to 2004 and set your pass making sure that the adminpanel box is ticked. I hope this helps
Guest Posted February 20, 2004 Posted February 20, 2004 squiril: most likely the prob is that the port line is # commented out search thru ur serv config file til u find the places where u enter the admin port and pass. the actual lines (port = 4003) for example should not have a # before them. thats the best way i can explain it
