very small ingame screens HELP pls

Hey guys, I have this problem in game that all my screens are small...

I already tryed all resolution and one of those HUD things (Something like HUD Ratio)

I also find out that my game started on a low to resolution when i restalled the game, Now when i change my relosution to a higher one the game screen will get bigger but my chatbox left uppercorner etc will stay small

My gaming screen is good dont here some screen shots of what I mean

Also if im in a car the speed meter fuel and car heath is very small

The chatbox in upper left corner too its annoying so I hope someone can help me.

You can increase the chatbox size in the options.
