MTA crashes at startup

MTA crashes after the splash and shows this

i already tried mta diag and almost every faq avaible, here's the mta diag log : http://pastebin.mtasa.com/329490431

• Audio driver
  
• Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted)

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
