It isn't VoltHost's fault that you are not aware on how to set this up properly. You can't tell the company is bad because you can't do something they don't even have anything to do. Nameservers are what tell the domain where to look for the server. You need to set those nameservers on your domain's control panel which should be somewhere in the company's website (from which you bought the domain). Link to comment

Each company structures their websites in a different way, if you can't find your way in the domain's control panel (not the webserver), please open a support ticket in your domain's company website.
