LOW FPS since last update (Optimus ?)

Hello, i noticed that since the last update i have low fps especially in wide open areas where there are lots of player.

I think it is since the last update, and i only have this problem with MTA SA, i have perfect FPS in SAMP and solo GTA SA...

How can i fix this ?

It says my graphic card is an intel HD graphics but my laptop has two graphic cards. I play on an Nvidia GT540M

• Audio driver
  
• Wireless driver
  
• Ethernet driver
  
• Storage driver
  
• Touchpad driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

What is the nVidia driver version?

Please try nVidia 314.22 drivers and see if FPS improves.
