Habubla Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Hello everyone, Whenever I startup my server, MTAServer.exe always shows the same name: "Default MTA Server"! I've edited mtaserver.conf with NotePad and configured my server, but nothing is correctly shown. Here's what I get: http://www.mediafire.com/view/sinhh28b5iz8df7/Capture.JPG Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
0 -.Paradox.- Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Dude, there isn't a problem in it, and you have to let it loading at least for 3 minutes.
0 Habubla Posted July 26, 2013 Author Posted July 26, 2013 You sure about that? I've waited for about 30 minutes. It still shows as Default MTA Server. EDIT: I've also tried searching this up. Nobody has had the same problem as me.
0 Habubla Posted July 26, 2013 Author Posted July 26, 2013 Okay, I'll try that. Until then, I'll figure out another way to get the server name up.
0 Habubla Posted July 26, 2013 Author Posted July 26, 2013 I also had another problem before. I couldn't find mtaserver.conf in the default directory so I created it and renamed it's extension to .lua which worked. Can that be the problem as well?
0 -.Paradox.- Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Download this http://www.mediafire.com/view/z2bea58qk3463bw/mtaserver.conf
0 Habubla Posted July 26, 2013 Author Posted July 26, 2013 Is there anyway to fix that problem? I installed MTA: San Andreas 1.3.3 again but I still couldn't find mtaserver.conf. Doesn't this mean that there is another file which works with MTA Server.exe? EDIT: Nevermind, Thanks. I'll check the link out.
0 Habubla Posted July 26, 2013 Author Posted July 26, 2013 The MTA server file still indicates that my server's name is "Default MTA Server". I changed the name of the server in the mtaserver.conf file that you sent me. Still not working... I also need to be the admin of my server. I can't use GUI Editor and I can't choose what resources I want...
0 Habubla Posted July 26, 2013 Author Posted July 26, 2013 Do I put the mtaserver.conf file in MTA San Andreas 1.3/mods/deathmatch ??? I just want to make sure.
