RE : Server List Problem/ Connection Timed

I can't connect to any server except my local server with my local ip and pc ip and also yes townciv I can run map editor and I allowed program through firewall/antivirus

Try Settings->Advanced->Browser speed->Slow->Ok

If that doesn't work, which anti-virus are you running? Did an older version of MTA work?

Antivirus is from Microsoft Security Essentials the scan thing, and a old version of mta don't work either

I've got the same problem. I attempt to connect to any server but always get the same result. It says:

"Connecting to [iP address]" -> "Connection timed out"

I had to download and run MTADiag earlier found from your other post here: https://forum.multitheftauto.com/viewtopic.php?f=104&t=31668

Ask me any questions that may be relevant.

P.S. Jaysds1 mentioned router settings.. Do I have to port-forward?

EDIT: Just phoned a friend. He told me to disable hamachi when playing. I thought it was going to work, it said "connecting to [iP address]" then "Entering game" (for about 15 seconds), then says "Connection timed out. Code: 03040033"

Do you have an application called Evolve? If so, that is causing your problems.
