Have you read the note when you install MTA?

It's say:

You MUST have Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas 1.0 installed to use MTA:SA, it does not support any other versions.

And your is GTA-SA-Stories V1.7 and it looks edited gta so don't blame MTA when it crash.
