use /customize command without opening the admin panel.

hey, so my question is already in the name of this topic. for example, how do i modify NOS type on a go? ive tried /customize 1010(id of the modification) nickname but it didn't do anything at all. what do i do? and also, if there's somewhere a list of all the quick commands for the admin resource, i'd much appreciate it if you could share it. thanks in advance.
