Server Randoms TIMED OUT, Ports opened, VPS, W7

Hi guys, im very desperate with this issue.

In windows 2003 64 bits all run perfect, but when i use windows 2008, or windows 7 in my VPS, the server disconnect random players with TIMED OUT.

I read forums, faqs, configurations, but nothing can help me.

I tried turning off firewall and use compatibility mode, and fails.

Specs:

Windows 7 ULTIMATE 64

MTA 1.3.2 server with dayzmod

Ports opened

Maybe MTA isn compatible with VPS and Windows 2008 or 7

Im thinking use Windows XP , Professional 64

Actually, MTA is compatible with them, but it might be some issue on your end of the vps...

Please note, when changing your computer's/vps's OS, you would need to install MTA again

Yeah i installed MTA again, but nothing.

Is really weird.

Windows 2003 is like a XP, and works nice in the VPS.

But, Windows 2008 or 7, have the same issue. Timed Out random players, in random time.

I open the ports in outbound...

Every X minutes X players random gets timed out

Tested downloading resources on http server.

Failed.
