Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

Log In to the server (SeeMTA) and I play about 10-20 minutes and then take off.

But I just found the SeeMTA server. I went to a different server, but it did not exit

He's probably running some memory programs or has cheatengine installed.

KERNELBASE.dll crash can be caused by memory issues. As you have 64 bit windows, just using the latest nightly should fix it:
