now i just wanna ask smth

lets say i have vps with 256-512 mega ram

and 1 core cpu , how much slots can this server run without any small lag

network connection is 100 mega / sec

well.. it depends on your installed resources. depends on your cpu limit ("one core" can mean a lot of things). I was able to run and handle smoothly about 40-50 ppl on 1GHz + 256MB+256MB swap AFAIR, no lags detected. most lag will depend on where are you and your players and where is the server.
