Try it. If it doesnt work, just try to re-install GTA:SA.

click right on taskbar , then click taskmanager

And I did not ask you to screenshot MtaSettings

delete Intel Graphics from control panel > remove programs ,

and Delete MTA SA from c:/Program Files/MTA San Andreas 1.3

Ok but i don't want to change the touchpad driver if you remember we change it in another topic and the touchpad not work's fine am waiting for you and i won't instal any driver now ..

I've ran into this issue before in the past. Your gta_sa.exe may have been unintentionally modified. You should try replacing it with an online backup or by reinstalling that piece of the game.
