How to run a local server?

I am learning Lua and I want to run my gamemode on my own PC, how do I do this?

In the game folder, Go to :

Multi Theft Auto San Andres\server\MTA server

Double click on MTA Server and your local server will start, And you can set the server name and max players and password ( if you want ) etc.. from :

Multi Theft Auto San Andres\server\mods\dethmatch\mtaserver.conf

open it with Notepad or Notepad++, And modify it as you like ..

And you can make your self and others admin in your local server to....
