you also need to open ports in the firewall on your pc

Go to cmd and write ipconfig then copy the ip adress to your browser ( your router site ) and go to NAT then open the ports

22005 TCP;22003 UDP;22126 UDP

After Go to your Firewall and Press advanced settings than open again these ports 22005 TCP;22003 UDP;22126 UDP.

Try it . It worked for me.
