Need Help..UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD MAPS EDITOR

Title says it all

I am uable to download map editor while running mta it shows error

see the picture below please solve it asap i wanna make some maps..

Try this:

*Go to your MTA folder, then server and open "MTA Server.exe".

*If you haven't errors, open Multi Theft Auto, go to QUICK CONNECT and click in Local. Then connect to the server (is your own server).

*Write in the server's console (MTA server.exe) "start editor", without the quotes. Can you make maps now?

If you have errors, try to re-install the latest version of Multi Theft Auto, click HERE.

It works? If not, please install and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.

No it doesnt helps..

The main problem is that it aint downloading files it gives error as above..

My mta is upto date..

• Audio driver
  
• Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted)

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

Did you try changing something in Parachute?

When did you encounter this error?

Is that the right ip:port?

No..

When i reinstall mta after long time then it happens ..

Problem:-

I am uable to download map editor while running mta it shows error

Or Anyone here can provide me mta version in which i dont need to download any additional files??

Something is blocking http. You seem to not have an anti-virus. Please try running Malwarebytes Antimalware.

Nothing happens same error:-

"Error downloading requested files.Coudnt connect to server"
