Forrest Posted March 20, 2013 Share Posted March 20, 2013 Right, I'm pretty sure it's already possible to switch weapon animations between weapons in singleplayer, such as putting MP5 anims on UZI's, pistol anims on m4's etc. So, would it be possible to maybe make a function so that we can do it on MTA? thefailer Posted April 28, 2013 Share Posted April 28, 2013 I tried swapping some weapon animations around, and it crashed too much. The assault rifles would crash the game after a while using the uzi's animations, the pistol never used the silenced animation, it crashed upon tapping the aim key and using the pistol's cop animation would make the gun point blatantly away from your target, however, the micro smgs seem to be crooked, making them aim straight. Ignoring those bugs, bullets still seem to hit where you're aiming. Link to comment

thefailer Posted May 4, 2013 Share Posted May 4, 2013 I did it in GTA SA, but unless all the animations are completly reworked from the ground up, the same glitches will occur in MTA. I recommend just making your pistol skill 5000+ for the cop animations, although I haven't tested it. Link to comment
