How do you make videos?

Like how do people make videos, like recording them in game? What progs?

We use fraps to record them http://www.fraps.com and some ppl use Windows Movie Maker, Adobe Premiere, Ulead VideoStudio or Ulead MediaStudio Pro. Plus to compress ur vids use this http://forum.mtavc.com/viewtopic.php?t=5463
