setblurlevel help

I log into admin and type this command setblurlevel 0 and i still have gobs of motionblur it looks really bad how do i fix this please for the love of god help, this should be an easy fix but to be honest i spent at least 3 hours trying to figure this out.

make a script and add this in it:

for k,v in ipairs( getElementsByType('player') ) do 
setBlurLevel( v, 0 ) 
end
