You mean add a image to a scoreboard column? if so, you can search on the forums, there has been a lot of topics related to this.

I'm mean a Image which replaces the scoreboard GUI/DxDraw

Background image? You will need to find a line that draws background rectangle and simply replace it with dxDrawImage which will draw an image instead of a black rectangle.
