Problem with start MTA

Hey i instal gta and mta and when i first start mta client work, but when i start mta again i see message "may not have launched correctly do you want terminated it ?" or "another instance of mta is alreasy running. do you want terminate it? " but i start task manager i dont see running mta or gta. when i click to "yes" (terminate) and i see message ( unable to terminate gtasa. if the problem persists, please restart your computer. and i dont wanna restart again again computer when i close mta .who know where will problem ?

OH NOOO :!!!! i dont see servers ! i see some servers but i write server i dont see and this server is online and i must see it

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.

Please install the following:

• Audio driver
  
• Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted)
  
• Chipset drivers

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

Try Settings->Advanced->Browser speed->Slow->Ok

Hmm when i download and instal Ethernet driver windows 8 my internet dont work .. problem "problem 651: the modem (or other connection device) has reported an error" i dont know where is problem when i uninstal Ethernet driver my internet again work

when i dont have eth driver i dont see servers i cant find

That's odd, the Ethernet driver I provided should be correct. After installing the Ethernet driver, could you press Windows Key + X then click "Device Manager" and provide the driver version of Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller under Network adapters?
