Maybe you didn't understand the server is not hosted in the UK. It is hosted in the Netherlands with 100bit upload/download

Its not easy to Host servers, but since you want to host cheaply, i recomend a very stable game panel with auto, sync.

Lookup in google opengamepanel.

its the panel that Venezuela server uses an its stable. Install the agent on ur dedicate and the web-side on your apache htdocs.
