MTA Dont Start Error Code 14003

When I start MTA Comes can not start net.dll module (is not installed) something like that

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver
  
• Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted)
  
• Chipset drivers

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

Please try installing Visual C++ 2008 SP1 runtimes and see if MTA works then.

Nope dont work mhhh i think is somethink with the netc.dll ? i Play it one time and then the next day it dont work

Are there any updates available in Windows Update? If so, try installing them then see if MTA works.
